The subconscious mind learns naturally and the other by practice. In your first seven years, you learn the lifestyle, beliefs and actions of your parents subconsciously. And by practice, the learned ideas from your formative years become the default system that shapes your reality. Negatively or positively. However, the opportunity of this age, the tools and the advantage, is a magnet to growth: out of a system and beliefs that no longer serve or build on the good foundation you have. But your programming could be the demon that will fight it. The demon of not letting go, the demon of not embracing new ideas. The nostalgic demon. (Keeping to the tradition you were born into). Even though some of these traditions are quite rachet for this day and age.
I’m a believer in rising to the zenith of your chosen path. Managing your energies to the utmost effect. Leveraging tools to maximize your output. I had a conversation with someone today, and I could tell his shortcomings, but he was slow to grasp why. They are limiting learned programming that is not your fault. You were born into them. But to break free, you must first acknowledge its existence. Self-awareness is the gateway to transformation. It requires questioning long-held beliefs and evaluating whether they align with your aspirations.
Growth begins when you consciously challenge the subconscious patterns that no longer serve you. This process isn’t always comfortable. Change never is. But discomfort is a signal that you’re stepping beyond the familiar, pushing past limitations, and opening yourself to new possibilities. The key is to reprogram your mind with intentional learning, exposure to new perspectives, and consistent practice of empowering habits.
Embracing new ideas doesn’t mean rejecting your foundation. It means building upon it with wisdom and discernment. Tradition and past experiences can be valuable guides, but they shouldn’t be cages that limit your evolution. The world is constantly evolving, and those who thrive are the ones who adapt, innovate, and remain open to growth. The battle is between clinging to comfort and stepping into expansion. Winning this battle means rewriting your internal script, embracing the tools of this age, and allowing yourself to grow beyond inherited limitations. The choice is yours: remain bound by nostalgia or break free into a future of limitless potential.
Sincerely ask yourself these questions:
What area I’m I struggling with?
What are the beliefs or actions that keep me struggling in this area?
What are the new systems and tools I can leverage to get myself out of this struggle?
This is where your journey to evolution begins.
This is where your liberation Starts.
